Ingridients:
All-purpose flour x 170g
Butter x 80g
White sugar x 30g
Brown sugar x 30g
Egg x 1
A pinch of salt
A pinch of baking soda
Chocolate chips x 100g (You can also chop the chocolate into pieces!)

Step:
1. Preheat your oven to 165 degree C
2. Make sure the butter is at room temperature.
3. Combine the butter, white sugar and brown sugar and mix them well.
4. Add one egg in and mix it well.
5. Put the flour, baking soda and salt altogether.
6. Mix it until it is well-combined. Do not over mix ! Otherwise, you will not have soft cookies!
7. You can use ice cream scoop to make even cookie dough.
8. Put it into oven and bake for 15 to 17 minutes (until you see the edges are slightly golden brown.)
9. Transfer the cookies onto wire rackand let them cool completely.
